Questions

What happens to unused monthly credits?
They don’t roll over at renewal. Your monthly plan credits reset to your plan’s allowance at the start of each billing cycle, and anything unused from the previous cycle expires. The exception is an upgrade: upgrading keeps your unused credits. One-time credit packs (available on paid plans) are separate and never expire.
How do credits work on annual billing?
Annual plans get all 12 months of credits upfront: 12× the monthly allowance the day you subscribe, so you can schedule a whole feature straight away. Credits renew yearly: at each annual renewal, unused plan credits expire and your balance resets to the full 12-month allotment.
Does the free plan refill?
No. The free plan comes with a one-time starter allowance of AI credits that never refills. To keep using AI features, upgrade to Indie or Pro.
Can I buy extra credits on the free plan?
No. Credit packs are available on paid plans. The free plan is a trial: upgrade to Indie or Pro for more credits, then buy add-on credits whenever you need to.
What if I need more than the included seats?
Add teammates for $9.99 / mo each on any paid plan. Annual seats are billed at 20% off ($95.90 / user / year).
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Changes are prorated: an upgrade’s difference is charged right away, and a downgrade leaves a credit toward your next invoice. Upgrading keeps your unused credits and adds the rest of the new plan’s allowance; downgrading caps them at the new plan’s allowance. Switching back within a billing period grants no new credits. An upgrade is a bigger plan, or monthly to annual billing: you keep what you have left and get the part of the new plan’s allowance you haven’t already received this billing period. A downgrade is a smaller plan, or annual to monthly: your plan credits are capped at the new plan’s allowance (a month’s allowance on monthly, 12 months on annual). Your next renewal brings the plan’s full allowance as usual. Credit packs are never affected.

What happens when I hit my project limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade or archive an existing project. Archived projects stay readable and can be restored later.
How far do the credits actually go?
Most AI actions have a fixed price or a hard cap: a schedule review is 15 credits, a full VFX breakdown is at most 30, and reading your schedule priorities is at most 6. AI Breakdown is priced by the scenes you choose: 1 credit per scene, minimum 5 credits. Pro's 1,000 monthly credits typically covers ~66 reviews or ~33 VFX breakdowns, plus daily chat at up to 3 credits a message.
